Job Purpose:
The Head of Finance will lead our financial operations and provide strategic guidance to our leadership team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial health, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and manage the entire finance team, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to accounting standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives, including growth initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and capital allocation.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate business strategy into financial goals and metrics.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, in accordance with GAAP or relevant standards.
- Manage the external audit process and ensure smooth communication with auditors once it deems necessary.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate financial risks.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and operational activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and understand deviations from budget and forecasts.
- Continuously monitor and adjust financial plans as needed to reflect changing market conditions.

Risk Management & Treasury:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential financial risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including operational risks, market risks, and credit risks.
- Manage the company's treasury function, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
- Ensure optimal use of company funds and secure financing at favorable terms.

Analysis & Business Acumen:
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven business decisions across all departments.
- Translate complex financial information into clear and concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Stay up-to-date on current accounting practices, industry trends, and economic developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Requirement:
- At least MBA in Finance Management (CPA is preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
