This role’s responsibilities include:

• Performing general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Organizing and maintaining rooms, and workspaces by arranging items and ensuring everything is in its proper place.
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and ensuring rooms are properly prepared for guests or residents.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, and replenishing supplies like towels and toiletries.
• Preparing rooms for new guests by ensuring they are clean, stocked with amenities, and have proper lighting and ventilation.
• Checking rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance issues, and reporting any concerns to supervisors
• Interacting with guests or residents in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
• Adhering to housekeeping guidelines, safety protocols, and established procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and restocking as necessary.
• Keeping records of cleaning activities, room status, and any maintenance issues encountered during shifts.
• Ability to manage and train housekeeping team.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/COMPENTENCY:
The applicant should ideally:
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Hotel business
• Good appearance and personal presentation
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good English and Chinese if preferential

Working day: Work from Mon to Sun with 1 day off per week
Paid leaves and PH are provided follow the Cambodian Labor Law
