JOB DESCRIPTION
o Develop and update HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, company policies, SOP and guideline to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed.
o Ensure the recruitment and selection process: job posting, short-listing, candidate contacting, interviewing, references checking, selecting, and negotiating the offers is in accordance with the company requirement.
o Oversee functions of HR services within company such as recruitment, hiring, employee record-keeping including contracts/ agreements, compensation, stationery, company fix assets and benefits for employees.
o Assist departmental leaders in reviewing and updating the Job Description/ title/responsibility changes within their departments.
o Manage to assure monthly payroll process is accurate and on time.
o Lead and manage performance management process with all the managers to identify and address probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staffs.
o Keep track on update information from and deal with relevant government bodies: MOL, MOC, MSA, GDT, NSSF, when necessary.
o Coordinate, prepare and deliver the training needs to staff.
o Follow up and check all the daily-weekly-monthly report such as attendance, and other tasks related to HR & Admin department.
o Represent the HR department in presenting the weekly HR reports in the weekly meeting with all department leaders.
o Manage all HR operation tasks include administration organizing, office, buildings, transportation, fuel and utility, parking (vehicle), hygiene and tidy, security and safety;
o Generate all types of administrative letters including announcements, declarations, notifications, certifications, and memos, with tasks of editing, typing, mailing, filing and translation in both verbal and documentation.
o Act as bridge for different departments and staff and resolve any conflicts when occurs.
o Others task will be assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

o Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy;
o Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource, Management or relevant field.
o Knowledge and skills related Labor law of Cambodia such as MOC, MOL, NSSF, and have good connection with other authorities.
o Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in human resource management.
o Good knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity.
o Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization, senior management, mid managers or employees.
o Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.
o Strong problem solving, critical thinking and coaching.
o Good computer skills Microsoft office package
