Job Description:
A. Recruitment
1. Review and update the procedures for improving the recruitment process.
2. Update or properly maintain the job descriptions for each employee.
3. Discuss and assess recruitment plans, requirements, and necessities with the management team to ensure effective hiring.
4. Clearly define the conditions and criteria for selecting candidates.
B. Training and Development
1. Assess employees' objectives before providing training.
2. Prepare an annual training calendar.
3. Discuss and collaborate with department heads on organizing training sessions for employees.
4. Develop or update the policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) for training.
5. Prepare training materials and provide orientation for new employees joining the company.
C. Labor Compliance
1. Organize and monitor labor law compliance costs within the company.
2. Track deadlines related to labor law documentation.
3. Conduct monthly audits on labor-related documents to ensure proper updates.
4. Address and resolve any labor law-related issues that arise within the company.
D. Compensation and Benefits
1. Develop or update the company’s leadership structure.
2. Participate in market salary surveys.
3. Monitor procedures for calculating employee salaries, taxes, overtime, and benefits in accordance with labor laws.
4. Oversee procedures for calculating social security contributions.
5. Review and prepare contracts for employees during probation and after probation.
6. Review and update disciplinary procedures, and handle disputes related to employee benefits.
7. Clearly define the job roles and ranks within the company.
8. Organize employee birthday programs.
9. Plan and monitor annual events or trips for employees.
10. Create announcements regarding employee transfers, promotions, or departmental changes.
11. Revise human resources and administrative forms as needed.
E. Performance Management
1. Create or update performance management evaluation procedures.
2. Develop or update performance management forms.
3. Collect, review, and report on individual employee work goals.
4. Organize awards or certificates of recognition for high-performing employees.
F. Administration
1. Announce employee arrivals and departures.
2. Monitor social security cards, health insurance, and employee or visitor ID cards.
3. Prepare announcements on leaves, position transfers, promotions, or other company news.
4. Create and monitor attendance and overtime records.
5. Compile and track necessary documents for new employees, such as CVs, photos, ID cards, birth certificates, and other relevant paperwork.
6. Organize daily tracking sheets to monitor employee performance and ensure efficiency.
7. Assist with general administrative tasks within the company.

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s in Law or Human Resources or higher
Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resources and administration
Skills: Strong and broad knowledge of human resource management and leadership
Languages: Proficient in Khmer and English
