Human Resource Business Partner
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices.
Major Accountabilities
‒ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
‒ Review, develop and implement Company Policies and Procedures as needed
‒ Facilitate and oversee day to day HR processes such as performance management, remuneration review, end to end recruitment and selection process of professional and support staff and new staff onboarding
‒ Develop and implement strategic workforce plan to attract, develop and retain employees
‒ Drive internal communications strategies. Support the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials
‒ Recommend programs and initiatives to strengthen relationships among employees
‒ Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters. Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes
‒ Perform all other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
‒ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
‒ At least 3 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations and engagement
‒ Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with high team orientation
‒ Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
‒ Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
‒ Salary depends on experience
Salary - Negotiable. Depends on candidates skills and experience
Work Location - Preah Norodom Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Work days - 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm/Saturday 8am-12pm)
