** SCOPE OF WORKS:
The incumbent will be in charge of the project, including administration, management, new hire orientation, and onboard. S/he will provide training in routine HR activities which include planning and organizing, relationship management, process excellence, facilitation, and core HR administration.
o To implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities,
including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.
o To develop policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
o To manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation.
o To maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
o To maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing
the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids;
o To identify training needs with each department and suggestion training to the growth;
o To ensure that cross organization training and development programs are put in place;
o To provide leadership to staff in relation to HR, ensuring compliance with Company’s approved
policies and procedures;
o To monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures;
o To monitors full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees including foreign entities, ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services as well as employee medical insurance;
o To supports business and functions by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management
o Other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
o Bachelor or Master degree of business administration or related field
o At least 3 years of experience in supervisory level, and 3 years of experience in managerial level
o Good command of English language and presentation skill
o Strong knowledge of Human Resource functions and Cambodian Labour Law
o Strong creative, strong strategic, analytical, strong organizational and time management skills
o Able to motivate and inspire people and work with foreigner staff and expert
o Good manner person and strong commitment
o Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
