■ Work 8 h/d: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible system)

◉ Responsibilities:
1) System Development and Operations Management
■ Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal business systems.
■ Planning, design, and implementation of new systems and software.
■ Management and operation of internal networks, servers, and databases.
■ Introduction and management of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

2) Information Security Management
■ Formulation, update, and communication of information security policies to employees.
■ Implementation of security measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
■ Monitoring, response, and reporting of security incidents.

3) IT Support and Help Desk
■ Responding to IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for internal users.
■ Support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
■ Set up and train new employees on IT equipment.

4) Project Management
■ Plan, manage progress, and report on IT projects.
■ Coordination and contract management with external vendors.
■ User training and manual creation during system implementation.
Data Management and Analysis
■ Design, management, and maintenance of databases.
■ Utilization of data analysis tools to enhance business intelligence.
■ Aggregation, analysis, and reporting of internal data.

◉ Qualifications:
1) Education:
■ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (required).
■ Relevant certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+), or security (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are preferred.

2) Experience:
■ Practical experience in system development and operation, or IT infrastructure management.
■ Experience in managing cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
■ Experience in information security management and project management is desirable.

3) Skills:
■ Programming skills in system development (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
■ Skills in managing networks, servers, and databases.
■ Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
■ Strong communication and project management skills.

4) Other Requirements:
■ Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to adapt flexibly.
■ Knowledge of the latest IT technologies and security trends, with a strong willingness to self-learn.
