I. Role & Responsibilities:
- Design insurance policies based on the predictions of future events, including determining pricing and reserving for insurance products.
- Design determine the technical reserve for insurance contract in accordance with the law and other relevant legal documents.
- Check and monitor the level of transparency and capital requirements of the company on a regular basis.
- Immediately report to the Board of Directors in case the level of publicity falls below the limit in accordance with the applicable regulations or any irregularities that may adversely affect the financial condition of the company.
- Prepare a report on insurance technical reserves and a report on the advice of experts to calculate insurance premiums.
- Perform other duties as determined by the Board of Directors.

II. Requirement:
- Expertise in calculating insurance premiums and Fellowship recognized by national or international institutions.
- Have good professional ethics and have never committed any professional offenses as an expert in calculating insurance premiums.
- Never been convicted of an offense related to prohibited behavior in relation to the insurance industry or any other crime.
- Never been convicted of a felony for theft, fraud, breach of trust, money laundering and terrorism financing, terrorism, fraud, forgery, forgery of audit reports, or involvement in or conspiracy to commit any of the above activities. With other individuals in the last 5 years.
- Cannot hold any position that causes a conflict of interest in fulfilling the profession of calculating any insurance premium in the insurance company.
- Good command of English and Khmer, for both writing and speaking.
