Job Role and Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, leading a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. You will play a key role in supporting our business needs and driving technology initiatives that contribute to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
 Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of IT professionals, including technicians, analysts, and support staff.
o Conduct performance reviews, provide training and development opportunities, and address employee concerns.
 Technical Expertise:
o Maintain, support, and troubleshoot various IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security infrastructure.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
 Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT support or administration.
 Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
 Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
 Competitive salary range: $400 - $500 per month.
 Meal allowance: $100 per month.
