• Installation & Configuration: Manage and configure systems, servers (Ubuntu 22+, WS2016+), cloud technologies (AKAMAI, AWS), networks, virtualization, firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity measures, Active Directory, WAN & LAN.
• Web development: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS.
• Mobile development: Flutter for both iOS and Android and internal tool.
• Storage: SAN, NAS and make it cloud storage like for whole staff usage to store data.
• Maintenance & Upgrading: Ensure regular maintenance and upgrades of all IT systems.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard company data.
• IT Policy Creation: Develop and enforce IT policies to align with company goals and compliance requirements.
• Database & ERP Management: Oversee database server configurations and ERP server workflows.
• Email & Website Management: Manage email servers and e-commerce platforms.
• IT Staff Motivation: Lead and motivate the IT team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
• IT Structure Management: Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the business needs efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve server and network issues promptly.
• Business Understanding: Grasp the business processes to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Decision Making: Make informed decisions on IT issues and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Skills Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and gain more experience.


*** Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Language Skills: Upper-level English proficiency, with a deep understanding of technical terminology.
• Personal Attributes: Good at motivate IT staff and working with complex system integration.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the IT industry, specifically in system and networking roles.
• Professional Skills:
• In-depth understanding of software and equipment used by the company.
• Strong IT technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in managing and motivating IT staff.
• Proficient in planning and managing IT projects.
• Understanding of business flow and processes (e-commerce is plus, but not required)
