Junior Site Engineer (MEP)

1. Review drawing, standards and regulation (DFA, RFA, RFI, MFA).
2. Coordinate and interface with civil, Architect, Consultant and Main-Contractor.
3. Observe on the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.
4. Issue conformance latter to contractor for them modify to meet the specification, regulation and standard.
5. Manage and follow-up the installation progress with contractor Inspect Material, installation and Testing with Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical.
6. Check quality and verify good practice.
7. Check testing and commissioning procedure.
8. Prepare form work and MEP document controller.
9. Other relevant tasks assigned by line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Eletrical, Energy or Contruction Engineering.
2. Project Management certification or ability to obtain within one year of being hired.
3. Energy Professtional certification – certified energy manager preferred.
4. 3-7years’ of experience in Energy or MEP Construction engineering position.
5. Good English & Khmer communication skills
6. Able to multi task
7. Knowledge of design concept, construction management, materials and procedures.
8. Involved in at least 3 mixed use projects
