Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare leasing documents for clients and internal meetings.
- Verify leasing agreements, and relevant documents.
- Visit the building periodically.
- Prepare and present the building details.
- Assist in organizing events and activities that promote sales.
- Find and contact potential tenants for leasing.
- Create relationships and customer service with tenants.
- Follow up with clients when necessary.
- Attend networking events or any other event related to work as per assigned by management.
- Any other tasks are to be assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or any related field.
- at least 1 year experience in Leasing/Sale or any related field
- Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property principles and relevant legislation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Hours:
- Full-Time
- 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Monday to Saturday
- Eight (8) hours per day
- Forty-eight (48) hours per week
- Lunch break 12:00PM to 1:00PM
