Functional Duties

- Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure for the company, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to protect our network from unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-tier support to end-users for network infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate and coordinate with server, desktop, and other ICT teams, as well as vendors, in various projects to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning network equipment, including switches, routers, and wireless access points, to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted network services.
- Monitor network performance and security, utilizing diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and implement necessary improvements.
- Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new network solutions and technologies to enhance network and security performance, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in network administration, architecture, and security to continuously improve our network infrastructure.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Infra Network/ ICT Network Engineer or any Related
Expertise in computer technical support skills
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Understanding of network operating systems and background in network administration
- Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong team player mindset and a service-oriented approach.

📍Location: Phnom Penh International Airport.
Working Day: Monday-Friday
