We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and ethical Personal Assistant to support our Senior
Project Manager & Director of Operations who is deeply committed to continuous improvement,
sustainability, and ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will share these commitments
and have a keen interest in personal and professional development, financial acumen, and a stoic
approach to challenges. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the
ability to anticipate the needs of a busy professional striving to balance a demanding career with

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage a complex calendar of professional and personal
commitments, ensuring an optimal balance and preparation for all engagements.
2. Financial Tracking: Assist with personal and professional financial management, including
tracking of expenses, investments, and budgeting aligned with sustainability goals.
3. Communication: Handle correspondence and communications with discretion, including
email management and liaising with team members, stakeholders, and family.
4. Travel and Logistics: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements with a focus on sustainability,
including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
5. Research and Learning Support: Conduct research on relevant topics in business strategy,
sustainability, and personal development, facilitating continuous learning.
6. Project Assistance: Provide support on professional projects by tracking KPIs, OKRs, and
preparing reports and presentations.
7. Personal Errands: Manage personal errands and tasks efficiently, with a high level of trust
and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a
related field. Additional qualifications in project management or sustainability are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant role, preferably supporting Clevel
executives or senior managers. Experience in a startup or sustainability-focused
organization is highly desirable.

Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools and platforms for efficient workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Khmer.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
