Product Development Manager

Job Description:
The Product Development Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams, to ensure that the product meets both customer needs and business goals:
1. Product Strategy:
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives.

2. Product Development:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

3. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of product development, launch, and marketing.

5. Feature Prioritization:
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and market demand. Make data-driven decisions to maximize the impact of product investments.

6. Product Launch:
• Lead the successful launch of new products and features, developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

7. Product Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor product performance metrics, including usage, revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

8. Product Lifecycle Management:
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Make recommendations for product enhancements, updates, and retirements based on performance and market dynamics.

9. Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate product plans, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and other departments. Act as a product evangelist, championing the value of our products both internally and externally.

10. Continuous Improvement:
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, improve product quality, and enhance the overall customer experience. Solicit feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company or software industry.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical proficiency, with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Have Experience on Design Adobe XD, fixma or other tool for UX/UI
