Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in product development, conduct business engagement, analysis, and organize information.
2. Responsible for resource coordination and project follow-up during product development to ensure that products are launched on time.
3. Participate in the preparation of user operation manuals and organize user training.
4. Insight into consumer demand and competitive product dynamics, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior and needs, and continuously optimize and improve products.

Job requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 year experience in third-party payment, digital platform related order, payment, refund, billing and settlement system.
2, familiar with POS collection and payment, kiosk self-service banking services, new retail merchants offline scanning code payment scenarios;
3, business and data sensitivity is strong, with strong demand analysis ability;
4, responsible and self-motivated, with good team spirit, proactive, strong learning ability.

工作职责:
1.参与产品开发，进行业务对接和需求分析，信息整理。
2.负责产品开发过程中的资源协调、项目跟进，保证产品按时上线。
3.参与编写用户操作手册，组织用户培训。
4.洞察消费者需求和竞品动态，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，对产品进行持续优化和改进。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，2年以上第三方支付、互联网平台相关订单、支付、退款、计费结算系统经验。
2、熟悉pos收单支付、kiosk自助银行服务、新零售商家线下扫码支付场景；
3、业务和数据敏感度较强，具有较强的需求分析能力；
4、具有责任心和上进心，具有良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，较强的学习能力。

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30 (Benefit: Punctual Reward, KPI, AL and Annual Reward)
