Job Responsibilities:
• Lead team to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and
evaluate customer needs.
• Monitor planned visits to potential customers and follow-up all projects.
• Understand customer needs and offer products solutions to customer matching
with their requirement.
• Commit to achieve (meet or exceed) the sales target assigned.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle objections, and maintain relationships with customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
social media.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
• 3 years of related working experience, prefer from construction industry.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office: word, Excel, internet and Email).
• Can drive and able to travel to provinces.
• Very good communication & presentation skill.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and teamwork.
