C-A-R-E is now seeking for a qualified candidate for the position of Property Valuator.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyzing 0n the Property standing on.
• Communicate with Authority related on the property
• Editing the Information of the property
• Control market value of property
• Develop the information and detail of property
• Highest Respond for property valuation
• Working very closely to Manager Department / related to Real Estate Business Department.
• Other tasks.

Job Requirement:

• Undergraduate/ graduate in the Related file ( IT ).
• Good written in English and good spoken
• Skill to use computer Auto Card, Photo Shop Good in Word, Excel and other personal Skill
• Hard working person and good in communication
