Key Responsibilities
-Utilize the information from all sites to project the purchase of key materials and meat to store on average 2 to 3 times per week.
-Work with admin to arrange the transportation appropriately to deliver the materials to sites as soon as possible.
-Manage all related paperwork such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, Advance Request, Supplier contracts, and more.
-Communicate and Collect order information from all sites and prepare the materials for the sites at a particular time.
-Collect record of remaining materials from all sites including HQ for rotation planning and proper stock movement.
-Response to site requests regarding additional or odd requests.
-Arrange the team properly for goods pick up and delivery at all sites with the right cost-effective delivery methods.
-Other tasks will assigned by the Management & Operation Manager

Job Requirement
- Male / Female
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience in purchase and Inventory control with F&B company or similar position.
- No experience is also encouraged to apply.
- Good in English both written and verbal communication
- Good Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), the Internet, Email, inventory software (ERP)
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Sound good knowledge of food and beverage product
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be honest, Dynamic, Teamwork, and a fast learner
- Flexible, working hard, carefully, and able to work under pressure.
