Job Description
Position : Purchasing Executive
KSLM : Head Office
Working day : Monday- Saturday (8am-12pm) (13pm-17pm)
Benefits : High salary, Commission, Incentive, Insurance, Annual

Department : Accounts & Finance
Report to : Accounts & Finance Manager
Main Job Responsibilities
- Purchase order to Factory (China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore... Oversea)
- Make cost comparison from a vendor to another vendor.
- Set cost all that Order in stock or Customer
- Checking on all of the documents, when received from Vendors.
- Updated cost by vendors.
- Follow up with your Order to Vendors
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Controlling products in stock or out stock
- Make a Purchase Report.
- Make purchase requisition and purchase order.
- Request for training from Brand supplies
- Request marketing support from brand supplies and technical training
- Other tasks required by Manager.
👉Required skills and Qualifications
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Public relations and management
- 2 years experience as a purchaser executive
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical skills
