Job Description
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and check that the work is on the budget.
• Check on change of design to assess the effects on cost Responsible for coordinating between different stakeholders and/or sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to construction work including payment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Good at study Construction drawing and any quantity calculation.
• Process payment operating cost (electricity, water, etc ) home sent to areas account .
• Follow up coordinate worker staff attendance site check.
• Responsible the administration daily functions.
• The allocation tasks duties within by team works.
• Maintenance the administrative cell files records.
• Liaise other Sections administrative functions.
• Assist the development implementation administration process, procedure policy.
• Make plan purchasing stationeries the construction make sure that optimize.
• Pre- Installation Review drawing and material available for site operation
• Ensure that tool and equipment are onsite for starting work
• Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are done.
• Review Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings Understand of guidelines and procedure
• Find ways to prevent problems and to solve any that could be done.
• Checks installed equipment, materials and home build could be done.
• Review design drawings and highlight commission ability issues to design team and offer solutions
• Schedule the work and commissioning activities
• Manage resources (manpower, tools and materials) required to covering all team work act.
• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Monitor actual construction against contract work quantity.
• Track any changes to the design or actual work and update budget projections.
• Prepare and submission of change proposal to the parties concerned for approval.
• Reconcile with the parties concerned on material take off and the change proposals submitted.
• Administrate, monitor, analyze and document materials for projects.
• Value completed work and arrange progressive payments to contractors / subcontractors / vendors.
• Liaise with managers, clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and clients for the projects.
• Site visits, assessments and projections for on-going projects and future work.
Job Requirements
• Experience Building Construction/Architect/Civil Engineering .
• At lase 2 year working experiences for main contractors/subcontractors.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials and price , and industry.
• Sound knowledge of commercial process such as contracts, subcontracting, tendering and procurement.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solve skills, proactive, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Graduated Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in build Engineering or related subject.
• Proficient in computer skills including Auto CAD
• In-depth understanding of construction
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Communication Skill
• Time management and ability to prioritize
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
