Location: Central Mansions Serviced Apartments, Phnom Penh Reports to: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor Working Schedule: 6days per week (roster arrangement) Responsibilities: • Responsible for smooth operation of the room floor assigned • Responsible for the work performance of Room Attendant, supervise/lead Room Attendants • Organises and facilitates the room making process • Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members • Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area of the floor and Pantry room • Check on room status such as room occupied, vacancy, dirty, sleep out room out of service/room out order report as daily/Protel system. • Ensures that the entire operation of room cleaning performed as per the service apartment standards • To organise immediately the guest needs under intimation to Senior Housekeeping supervisor • Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members/department • Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards • Aware of all room categories and amenities set up in the room • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner • Report on room facilities issues to Maintenance & Engineering Department • Assist Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with training to staff • Implement on Fire, Life, Heath, Security and Safety regulations for the building • Managing on room fix asset moment day by day • Performing on room inventory count as monthly • Manage on dispose items as quarterly • Lead day by day on daily briefing to the team • Carry out lost and found procedures • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationship • Accepted additional tasks assigned by manager / supervisor Job Requirements: • Under/complete bachelor degree in Business Administration • 2-3 years of working experience in 4-5 stars hotels or serviced apartment • Good problem solving and decision making skills • Good attitude, pleasant, honestly and hardworking • Good of writing and speaking English • Computer literate (Ms. Office and Email) Hongkong Land is one of Asia’s leading property investment, management and development groups with premium commercial and residential property interests across the region.
