About the job
+Responsibilities:
•Acquire customers in Cambodia (B2B & B2C) through various Sales Channels for Shipping Services from the US, Europe, Japan & Vietnam, make sure clients understand clearly about our services, and send service quotations including product prices, shipping services, insurance, package tracking & delivery, etc.
•Analyze market and competitors to have an effective strategy to close deals, and prepare Proposal, Sales-kit & Leads pipeline to achieve KPIs.
•Identify Sales opportunities through research & networking activities, update client information, segment clients, and consult clients thoroughly regarding product criteria, quantities, qualities, delivery process, etc.
•Meet sales quotas through the implementation of sales strategies and tactics according to periodic sales projections.
•Keep track of all communications with customers through emails, phone, calls, etc... and ensure standardized customer service, do customer surveys, and resolve customer's complaints and work problems smoothly.
•Work closely with the internal team to deliver end-to-end support for customers, close orders effectively, manage clients and monitor client's debts (if any) with the accounting team
•Maintain professional relationships with big customers to generate long-term sales quotas and propose constructive solutions for sales boosts and customer satisfaction.
•Report weekly to the Vietnam Head office to keep track of sales results, sales pipeline/progress, customer opinions, and customer details adequately.
+ Requirements:
•1+ year experience in Sales of Logistics, E-commerce, and FMCG industries.
•Can communicate in English, Khmer, and Vietnamese (preferred)
•Good soft skills related to Sales: Negotiation, Relationship building, Persuasive communication, and discipline working styles.
•Basic skills related to Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Google Docs, Drives
