Job Description of Sale Manager
1. Planning
• Prepare pre launching activities of global products and products focus in Cambodia all provinces
• Provide a marketing plan and launch plan for each new potential global and local product
• Provide and develop products/ marketing plan and strategy, include: market analysis, segment analysis, target market, product positioning, objective setting, action plan, budgeting, pricing policy, product life cycle etc.
• Create, propose, or design promotion material to improve product marketability
• Plan and prepare product presentation (In super market, Mart, Mini Mart, Distribution point, Retails shops, Setup distribution point every province) and product knowledge training/update to sales teams
• Periodically establish a market analysis of all existing products in whole country
• Provide monthly rolling forecast
2. Process and Compliance
• In conjunction with Global Product, ensure implementation of global product and product focus strategy to achieve top and bottom line (Profit and loss target) objectives by products effectively and efficiently.
• Provide update and feedback on project progress to Country Manager/Sales & Marketing Manager and head office
• Conduct product presentation and product knowledge training/update to sales teams
• Responsible for all product profit and loss which are their responsibilities
3. Monitoring all salesteams
• Monitoring product strategy or program to field force and provide necessary feedback to Sales Management and Product Management
• Monitoring competitor activities for user in order to counter with our product strategy.
• Measure product knowledge of sales teams and its product training effectiveness.
• Periodically monitor achievement in-market sales vs forecast
Job Requirement
1. Education : Diploma/Masters preferable any reputation University (Marketing)(Strongly English Speaking request)
2. Experience : Minimum 4- 5 years in Food and Beverage products.
3. Language : Local language, English
4. Placement : Cambodia
Monthly Salary # $700- $950

• Prepare daily/monthly sale plan • Find and contact new customers to promote and sale products • Follow up and coordinate with customers’ order • Leading sale team in promoting the product to customer and delivery good service to customer in order to achieve sale target • Prepare daily and weekly sales report to sales manager regarding sales problems, and customer complaints • Format preparation for the Sales Document • Checking Sales attendance (Daily, Monthly) • Assist in delivery order • Making sales report and participate meeting • Handle customers complain • Other task assigned by manager
JOB SUMMARY The Sales & Marketing Manager will be in charge of ensuring good relationships with the corporate key accounts of The Plantation: from the moment they intent to do a booking, passing by their arrival, their entire stay until they departure as well as maintaining the relationships between stays.
