1. Achieve Gross Profit by year end
2. Business and Sale development (sales airfreight and sea freight to forwarders as Master co-loader and send sales leads to networks
3. Build good relationship with customers and vendors (airlines, shipping line, airline, trucking Company…) and network/ agents
4. Excellent operational and service to customers and network/ agents
5. Issue quotation to customers or agents on time
6. Reply email to customers or agent on time
7. Staff motivation and team works
8. Train staff and make sure staff know well about sales knowledge and Company's products and services
9. Cooperate well with colleagues in other department
10. Help on A/R
11. Monitor on cost reduction or expense on customs clearance, trucking, air and sea freight., .etc.
12. Honest and loyal to Company
13. Target on CFS customers
14. Other tasks assigned by Management /Head office
