Role Description
As a Sales Engineer at PiTech Cambodia, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting and selling our products and services on construction testing equipment to new and existing customers. This is a hybrid role located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the laboratory equipment and instruments
• Identify and engage with potential customers, including research institutions, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant organizations
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the lab equipment.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of customers.
• Generate and submit detailed proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, researchers, and laboratory personnel.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager to address customer queries and concerns.
• Be responsible for installation and training
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase products and network with potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative requirements of the company
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering fields
• One-year experience in technical sale, customer success, or related role. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams
• Familiarity with sales process
• Fluency in English and Khmer languages
