• Plan, organize, lead and control total sales operation in Sales section includes showroom team, 5008 team, corporate team, sales admin for work more efficiency, best result of sales and satisfaction.
• Set up sales strategies, sales target, sales activities, sales KPI, promotion scheme as much as products availabilities and discuss with marketing section then to get approval from management and implement timely to get sales as plan.
• Create business relationships with retails, corporate, and fleet customers by regular visit/meeting/communication incorporation from Sales Consultant.
• Lead sales team to do sale/promotion activities both indoor and outdoor daily, weekly and monthly for implement plan to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
• Assign each Sales Consultant to do own sales job, check for support and drive them to close sales target.
• Provide immediate support as Management by meeting face to face with Sales staff and customer even in showroom, outdoor, even places to close sales promptly.
• Lead sales team for conduction daily, weekly, monthly meeting to review today result and tomorrow plan.
• Conduct analysis of market / promotion of competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate regular reports such daily, weekly, monthly sales report to General Manager / principle through deadline.
• Do overall daily checking of [* an adequate no. of cars display in showroom, * the tidy of cars display, * sales-advertisement-promotion display kits are cleaned, orderly at all times, * Showroom facilities (Showroom, counter, lounge, working desks-down & up-stair) cleaned].
• Lead and ensure all demo cars are cleaned with enough fuel and ready for every time’s customer test drive.
• Ensure all sales admin documents are adequate with proper filling, maintain in good conditions and they are all available when needed (car spec, quote, sales contract, invoice, receipt, PDI…. attachment).
• Well communication with PU section to ensure vehicle stocks are enough for sale, smooth shipment, monthly maintenance is carried out regularly.
• Corporate with Service Manager to provide best service solution to customer both new car sales and after sales caring service with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely and well-professional communication with Principle for implement business transaction/scheme well, timely, profitability to the Company.
• Make proper and well communication in daily, weekly, monthly with marketing section to create new sales activities, activation, and roadshow, sales-promotion materials timely to cultivate and generate more sales opportunities vs competitors.
• Monthly product knowledge improvement by providing refreshment training, rehearsal, role play acting, on product, feature, loan, releasing, know-how, …
• Carry out yearly staff performance appraisals.
• Other KPIs / Business jobs/reports as assign by GM.
