Sales & Marketing Manager will be in charge of ensuring good relationships with the corporate key accounts of The Plantation: from the moment they intent to do a booking, passing by their arrival, their entire stay until they departure as well as maintaining the relationships between stays.
DETAILED RESPONSABILITIES
• Creating the database of corporate key accounts from the existing contacts.
• Searching and identifying the appropriate contact for each corporate key account.
• Building up a 3-months strategy with the General Manager.
• Proceeding to the bookings of corporate key accounts’ guests.
• Being the point of contact to all corporate key accounts guests and representatives.
• Welcoming personally all corporate key accounts guests.
• Coordinating the other departments to enhance the stay of the corporate key accounts’ guests.
• Contacting regularly the corporate key accounts’ representatives.
• Promoting the hotel facilities, events and restaurants to the corporate key accounts’ representatives and their guests.
• Visiting and inviting the corporate key accounts’ representatives to network
