Contact the upstream network provider to inquire about the customer's bill and cooperate with IT to contact the upstream network provider to handle network failures.

provide reply services to customers and pass to IT team .

querying customer network traffic usage from the upstream ISP.

Query, record and update the customer's true expiration time.

Customer renewal reminders and customer payment reminders.

Prepare contracts or network bills to send to customers.

Other things required by leader.

Applicants must be able to speak, read and write Khmer and English.
