As a sales representative at one of the fastest-growing agri-tech startups in Cambodia and Southeast Asia, you'll be results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You'll provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Base salary is from $300, depending on experience + incentives on targets.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Meet existing/potential customers needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills in Khmer and English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Report to the sales supervisor or/and the business development manager
