A. Key Responsibility:
a. Ensure a profitable business and smooth operation with excellent services.
b. Meet student increment targets.
c. Ensure excellent academic quality in all programmes and operations.
d. Promote positivity, teamwork, challenging working environment, engagement, communication, team spirit,
and growth for all teachers, students and academic team.
B. Other Responsibilities:
a. Respect and act according to the school's vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and
guidelines.
b. Conduct, attend all meetings, training and school events as required by the organization and the nature of
business including weekends.
c. Cooperate well with other departments and campuses.
d. Prepare reports.
e. Perform other duties as necessary to reach the organization goals.
C. Qualifications:
a. Holding a Master Degree of Business or related field.
b. Minimum 3 years’ experience of campus management or operations.
c. Experience in international school is a plus.
d. Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
e. Excellent in communication, leadership and management skills
f. Ability to use microsoft office and up-to-date technology
