*Job Responsible:•New staff coaching
•Letter in & out control and fill
•Control staff leave, time card & OT
•Prepare monthly staff payroll
•Prepare monthly staff NSSF
•Daily bookkeeping and prepare monthly closing entry
•Tracking on local and oversea schedule pay to supplier and process the payment
•Review on monthly cash flow management, budgeting cash for operation and cash reserve
•Review on bookkeeping (transactions are classify correctly and follow accounting principle), make any adjustment on error data and produce financial reports
•Check and prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration
•Assist in prepare financial statement and others documents following the requirement for external audit and tax audit
•Check and process yearly renewal insurance, patent, stamp tax, annual declaration MoC, vehicle tax, CTC & COC
•Assist any task assign from manager
