o At least 2-3 years’ professional working experience on Native Android Mobile Application Development of a Company/ies or NGO.
o Holds at least a Bachelor degree majoring in Computer Science, IT or with relevant skills.
o Strong knowledge of Kotlin programming is highly required.
o Strong knowledge of OOP concepts.
o Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
o The Ability to consume RESTful web services.
o Familiarity with cloud message APIs and Push Notifications.
o Understand of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
o Knowledge of the open source Android ecosystem and library for common tasks.
o Experience with version control and project management tools.
o Experience with third-party API integration with Google, Facebook, payment gateway and SMS service.
o Knowledge of the Google Play console and publishing apps.
o Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
o Proven good support & communication skills with clients or teamwork.
o Good in English and Khmer both in spoken and written.
o Able to work under time pressure, adaptability & flexibility.
