1. Scope of work:
Senior Digital Sales & Marketing Officer is a key sales team player who is responsible for promoting affordable house sales through digital contents and social media campaign execution and management.
2. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies and campaigns to promote the project among the project target groups and boost sales conversions
• Monitor social media metrics and make changes in the marketing strategies increase customer engagement and generate more leads
• Produce short video clips, posters and other digital contents as well as project live stream to promote sales
• Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization for marketing campaigns
• Manage the promotional contents on the project’s websites and all social media channels
• Present project’s special features to clients and close deal with clients
• Provide consultation and solutions to clients to influence client’s decision for project sales
• Maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients
• Make sales reports for sales supervisor/manager
• Maintain all communication with clients, sales documents and templates, including price list, payment plans and other sales related documents
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

3. Qualification & Requirements:
• A degree in Sales/Marketing or business management or other relevant fields
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, content creator, customer service or hospitality (preferably in real estate sector)
• Proficiency in using various digital advertising platforms
• Expertise in managing social media platforms including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and paid advertising
• Be able to produce attractive digital contents to support sales
• Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
• Be result-oriented and strongly committed for achieving sales targets
• Be able to work as a team and work under pressure
• Be willing to take new challenges and learn new things
• Be able to work overtime and weekends/public holidays on a rotating shift basis
• Computer literacy in MS. Office, digital content creating program, social media, etc.
• Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
4. Working Days and Hours:

– Monday to Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
– Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm (rotating)
– 1day off per week on rotating basis

5. Workplace

This position is based at Sales office at the Project site on NR21, Koh Kor village, Sangkat Roka Khpus, Krong Takhmao, Kandal province.

6. Salary: Negotiable based on experiences (including sales commission and other benefits)
