• Prepare daily and weekly operation report for supervisor or Manager.
• Prepare of weekly fuel reconciliation report for Supervisor/Manager.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly operator and driver fuel usage reports.
• General document preparation and filling management.
• Support Supervisor recording and processing approved leave.
• Prepare weekly petty cash reconciliation.
• Arrange site visit and assisting visitors on the office induction and site induction.
• Support and work with other staff and contractor as required.
• Management of GPS and trip records and reports.
• Management of petty cash, cash advance and staff allowance and management of stationary.
• Review in cab camera and follow up driver’s behaviour and use video footage of training purposes.
• Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor and operation manager.
