Responsibilities:
• Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company goals.
• Utilize market research to develop and introduce new products and services.
• Conduct fieldwork to identify and engage potential clients. Build and maintain long-lasting relation-ships by addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Develop and implement sales retention programs, including sales rebates, incentives, and awards as requested by management.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze market trends and competition. Track and assess sales and marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness.
• Organize and oversee sales activities, including product mix, sales areas, and customer service standards. Identify and target new market opportunities.
• Analyze the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure sales targets are met and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Manage and develop the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, preferably within the advertising, construction, or design industries.
• 4 years+ of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated management and customer service skills.
• Strong personal attributes, including self-motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
