● Bachelor’s degree in management, civil engineering or equivalent
● At least 2 years of experiences in specification engineer
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Good communicate skill in English and Chinese preferable (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Presentation skills, customer relationships
● Ambitious, active, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable.
● Can do attitude with team work spirit

Working Day
-8am-12pm, 1pm-6pm (Monday to Thursday)
-8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm (on Friday)
Public Holiday: 22 days / year (Follow Labor Law
