A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Provide books to students based on the receipts
b. Maintain the availability of Books, Uniform and stationary
c. Good Space allocation for stock
d. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the stockroom
e. Photocopy
B. OTHER DUTIES
a. Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines
b. Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization
c. Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses.
d. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
e. Perform other duties as required.
C. REPORT
a. Books, Uniform & Stationary usage & Availability (Monthly, Termly, Semester, Yearly)
b. Photocopy (Weekly, Monthly, Termly, Semester, Yearly)
