Responsibilities:
1. Structural assessment/analysis of existing water resource structures;
2. Identifying the need of strengthening, modernization and/or upgrading of existing water resource management structures;
3. Identifying the need of construction of new water resource management structures in line with the intended project outcome and outputs; and
4. Development of feasibility level structural designs, their drawings, cost estimates, and bill of quantities.

Qualifications:
1. Have a master’s degree or higher in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering.
2. Have at least 10 years of work experience in structural designs, structural stability assessments, preparation of design drawings, and cost estimates.
3. Experience in at least 2 water resource management related projects at their design stages as a structural design engineer.
