JEB Surveys and Engineering is seeking to hire a Senior Survey Team Leader. Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be decided based on your experience in successfully leading survey projects.
As a Survey Team Leader, you will be:
• Managing various survey projects: topography, bathymetry, setting out, as-built, etc.
• Leading team(s) of surveyors on project sites and in office work
• Liaising between different internal and external departments
• Processing survey data
• Ensuring the quality of work
• Writing survey reports
• Training junior surveyors
• Predicting potential problems and presenting solutions
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering as well as:
• Technical survey skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• An eye for detail and a logical approach to establishing survey networks and conducting survey operations
• Ability to follow standard surveying protocols, policies, and requirements to ensure accurate results
• Strong ability in excel and office software
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational skills
