Job Purpose
The Surveyor performs duties as directed, by making exact measurements and supporting all disciplines with a quality layout for unit installation. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, construction, and other purposes.

Requirements
• Conduct field layouts and surveying activities
• Good knowledge in Land survey, Contour survey using total station and Latest Survey techniques
• Conducting topographic surveys to gather data for building design and construction
• Operating the Total Station instrument to measure distances, angles, and elevations
• Recording survey data accurately and efficiently and preparing necessary reports
• Performing quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements
• Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and related documents
• Interpreting and preparing maps, plans, and other technical drawings
• In-depth understanding of contour maps, sketching, and levels
• May oversee some subcontractor work activities, as assigned
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Desired Profile
• 5 years of experience as a Field Surveyor in residential projects with a certification or degree in Surveying or a related field, and have experience in using Total Station instruments for building and construction surveys
• Knowledge of software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory
• Good communication, understanding of construction drawings in English Language
• Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for this role
