Interior design supervisor
Job Description - Draw 2D or 3D and detail structure - Work as site engineer - Inspect location for billboard construction - Do construction work planning and do interior design - Summit completion report to CO-Founder and Founder - Work with authority on site construction - Do a research of concepts design - Coordinate with Production Dept for the concept structure design and Specification of the products - Check constructions on real site - Any work assigns by CO-Founder and Founder - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of interior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development. - Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team and promote a collaborative working environment. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. Requirements -BA/MBA Degree a MUST in Architecture or Interior design, Science from an International recognized university -Experience in drawing up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers -To execute tasks using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro. V-Ray Plug-in and Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design -Strong Project Management skill & Creative -Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill -Must be able to lead a team on projects -Highly organized, flexible and initiative -Able to travel to province for work at site
