"• Visit overdue customer/current address/workplace and business place.
• Set plan to visit and solve the overdue customer in a proper manner.
• Take legal action (if necessary) with customers who are in serious loan payments.
• Reassess the asset/vehicle of the customers following the schedule or assignment.
• Site-visit to customer’s homeland if necessary and collect information from the customer’s relatives to solve the overdue.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result.
• Update collection report to line manager.
• Ensure policy and guideline are complied with.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
