Position: Kitchen Assistant
Type: Full-Time, 1 day off/week, to start asap, Phnom Penh, Tonle Basak

Training Opportunity:
Our experienced vegan Chef will provide comprehensive training, equipping you with specialized skills in healthy cuisine. As the demand for plant-based options continues to rise globally, this expertise will distinguish you in the culinary field, offering significant career advancement opportunities.
Main Duties:
• Assist in the preparation of meal ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, adhering to established health and safety standards.
• Wash utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment, ensuring they are stored appropriately.
• Assist with inventory management, including sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients.
• Support the chef in cooking and assembling dishes as needed.
Requirement:
Interest in healthy cooking
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to do physical tasks and stand for long periods
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic reading and writing skills
