Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Monitor market trends and adjust leasing approaches to remain competitive.
- Streamline the leasing process to minimize vacancy periods and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agents, external vendors to ensure a seamless leasing experience for tenants and property owners.
- Oversee and maintain social media channels and network of the company; initiate creative posts through online channels such as website, Facebook, Telegram.
- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials.
- Implement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall living experiences.
- Develop and execute retention programs to foster long-term tenant relationships.
- Conduct accurate market analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Effectively Manage staffs on hiring process, performance management, staff development, engagement, and communication.
- Lead the team to develop proper and effective succession plan to ensure the sustainability of the property.
- Lead the team to effectively set up KPI, and Yearly Training schedule with support from MAM.
Other Tasks Assigned by The Management.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields.
- Proven experience in leasing and marketing within the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for marketing and leasing activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding leasing targets.
- Good knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
