Job Title: Leasing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing (an office building) , assisting prospective and current tenants, and ensuring high occupancy and tenants satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and qualify prospective tenants in a professional, engaging manner
• Conduct Project site visit
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with leads promptly
• Assist with lease applications, background checks, and credit checks
• Process lease agreements
• Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, and lease terms
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections
• Assist with marketing efforts, social media postings, and outreach to increase occupancy
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Ensure that the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and presentable
• Real Estate knowledge (Platform, branding)

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese & Khmer ( female candidates are preferred)
