I. Position Overview The Car Loan Past Due Robber Specialist is a professional responsible for managing and executing the recovery of past due customer vehicles. They ensure the safety and recovery of the company's assets by communicating and coordinating with overdue customers, as well as the necessary legal means.
II. Job Responsibilities Overdue Vehicle Recovery: Responsible for managing and tracking the vehicles of overdue car loan customers to ensure that vehicle recovery can be carried out in accordance with the law and compliance after the overdue period reaches a certain period. Communicate with overdue customers to understand their willingness to repay and difficulties, and at the same time explain to customers the consequences of overdue repayment and vehicle recovery. Coordinate with relevant departments and personnel, such as the legal department and towing companies, to ensure the legality and safety of the vehicle recovery process. Customer communication and coordination: Maintain communication with overdue customers through phone calls, letters, face-to-face visits, etc., to understand their actual situation and repayment plans. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in the process of communicating with customers to avoid triggering unnecessary disputes and complaints. Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and review legal documents related to vehicle recovery, such as collection notices and vehicle recovery agreements. Ensure the legality and compliance of all documents, as well as the authenticity and validity of customer signatures. Data Recording & Reporting: Accurately record key information during the vehicle recovery process, such as customer communication, vehicle status, recovery time, etc. Regularly submit vehicle recovery reports to report the progress and results to relevant departments and leaders. Risk Management and Control: Evaluate the repayment ability and willingness of overdue customers and formulate targeted collection and recovery strategies. In the process of vehicle recovery, pay close attention to market dynamics and legal changes, and adjust the work strategy in time to cope with potential risks. III. Posting Requirements Educational Background: High school or above, finance, economics, law and other related majors are preferred. Work Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in collection, automobile sales or related fields. Familiar with car loan business and related laws and regulations, and understand the vehicle recovery process and skills. Competency: Strong communication skills and expression ability, able to communicate effectively with customers. Possess good psychological quality and stress resistance, able to stay calm and rational under pressure. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, able to think independently and find solutions.
