- Preparing P.O, PR and relevant documents before seek for approval
- Check quality and quantity of goods on arrival
- Negotiate pricing, timing of goods ordering
- Solving problems related to late transportation/wrong goods ordering
- Estimate & consult on quantity ordering with related departments
- Update & verify information on both documents and system to be accurate before approval process
- Other tasks assigned by managements.
