Job Description:
• Lead and train the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the maintenance budget and control costs.
• Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and ensure 24/7 availability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Flexibility to handle emergencies and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or facility management are a plus.
