Maintenance Technician at a parking facility is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility's equipment and infrastructure. This includes the boom gate, payment ticket system, lighting, signage, and other essential components.
Assists:
1. Facility Management
2. Security, Cashier & Cleaner
Job Requirements:
• An associate degree or formal technical school’s certificate, having MEP’s background would be an advantage.
• 1 years’ experience (non-experience also considered)
• Experienced with MEP’s maintenance and inspection work and thorough knowledge in troubleshooting and breakdown activities.
• Familiar with management of different sites/facilities.
